This is my story.
Years ago, I thought I had it all figured out.
By 28, I thrive - working in blue-chip companies alongside global leaders who shape strategies at the highest level. On the surface, it looks like I am ruling the world with them.
Behind the scenes, I’m working 16-hour days, losing touch with myself in a cutthroat corporate environment. I learn things the hard way, carving my path in a shark’s game. I believe that ambition and relentless hard work would bring happiness and success.
Instead, I feel more like a cog in a machine than a person with purpose, disconnected and increasingly lost in a rat race for achievement. The reality is - I’m chasing goals that aren’t truly mine and it leaves me feeling unhappy.
The journey that changes everything.
This hard truth sparks a path of introspection and growth. Every challenge becomes a lesson, teaching me resilience, transformation, self-discovery and the true meaning of fulfillment.
In 2005, I take the leap. I decide to create my own firm, grounded in authenticity, purpose and joy. My experience in executive search and growing interest in neuroscience deepen my understanding of the brain and its influence on behavior, decision-making and identity.
Through this process, I uncover my unique ability to embrace transformation and encourage others to do the same to find fulfillment.
