Years ago, I think I have it all figured out.

By 28, I thrive in blue-chip companies, working alongside global leaders shaping strategies at the highest level. On the surface, it looks like I'm ruling the world with them. I learn things the hard way. I strive and push hard, but the goals I chase aren’t mine and success without alignment feels empty.

In 2005, I take the leap and launch my own firm, grounded in authenticity, purpose and joy. My experience in executive search and growing interest in neuroscience deepen my understanding of how the brain influences behavior, decisions and identity.
