In 2005, I build my own firm while immersing myself in neuroscience to understand how the brain shapes our decisions and identity.

That exploration shifts everything. One insight becomes clear: when we are not aligned with who we are, a subtle but constant friction sets in. It shapes the way we think, the way we decide and the direction we take.
